blueberry ginger smoothie

1/2 almond milk
1/2 cup apple juice
1 banana
1/4 cup frozen blueberries (do not thaw can use any tart fruit like thing)
2 generous slices fresh ginger chunked up
optional:
4-5 ice cubes
handful of flax seeds

throw in blender Or blend using stick blender in large cup
skip along singing tra la la
