The rub down- softening shower scrub

Put these in a clean jar :
1 cup sea salt
1 cup turbinado sugar
1tb almond extract
1/4 cup apricot or olive oil
1/2 cup honey
stir until completely mixed.
Use as below:

Wet body. Apply in a circular pattern. Avoid genital and urinary region. Rinse well and use before soap.
